Oh wow damn that's gotta suck. You saying it took 50 min to dl an 84MB file, where as me it takes on avg 7-12 min or so to get a 400-600MB file. Maybe look into if Shaw is available in Toronto, cost, dl speed and so on? Although since you're moving soon to your new dorm near the campus. Maybe should wait after that. Then see if you'll continue with Rogers over there, if they have Shaw, or use the campus's internet connection if they offer one.
thats the thing, it used to be like that a week ago, now its slow as hell and i always have problems with rogers, and i can admit i prefer bells internet service to rogers.
